Tracey Verbeten of Horicon was recognized for her unwavering dedication as both an adoptive and foster parent for over a decade. Having adopted four children, Verbeten works tirelessly to ensure each child’s participation in sports, activities, and appointments. Beyond creating a loving home, she actively maintains positive connections with the children’s biological families post-adoption.
